Title: Looking and Planning Forward; Another Mountain of Opportunity or Over a Cliff

Description:

With the changes every shop has experienced in the past 2 1/2 years, this session is asking what an owner has done with the opportunities the changes customers have made in their businesses and lives. We will share suggestions of what an owner should be paying attention to; observations of businesses that have been creative as well as those who have struggled. We will look at ways to reposition your business because what we have experienced in these past 30 months will stop at some unknown point. And we are asking the question, "is your business just riding along with the wave? Or, are you being creative and adaptive?  

  1. Deciding what your shop should focus on; you can't be everything to everybody. 
  2. Determining what aspects of the shop's financial statement should be the biggest points of concern 
  3. How a 50 year old business book can be of more value to your business than the news in the media 
  4. As the pandemic recedes, how do you decide if your shop is going to use this as a prompt to make changes?
